Frequently Asked Questions

No – quite the opposite. ReSure supports the broking function by eliminating the time-consuming, unproductive and error-prone manual collection and compiling of paper or spreadsheet-based renewals information.  Your broker can devote their valuable time to determining what information the market needs, and the best way to present it.  ReSure allows your broker to focus on what they are good at – negotiating the best possible terms on your behalf.

Yes – your broker or insurance company can own the licence to use ReSure. Alternatively, you can own the licence and give your broker or insurer access rights to work with the system.

You do – Normally, the party that licenses ReSure is the legal owner of the information. That party ultimately controls who has access to the information. However, where a broker or insurer provides the system to its clients, we suggest that we make the client the legal owner of the information unless we are instructed by the owner of the data to do otherwise. This is a relatively simple process.

Fairly – We find that for enterprise-grade SaaS, which is what ReSure is, a combination of subscription-based and custom pricing is common. Our Clients prefer predictable costs, scalability, and tailored solutions, which makes tiered subscription plans with optional customisation and add ons, or negotiated agreements the most favoured model.

The service fee is based on a number of factors including an estimate of the total volume of information to be managed through the system, including sites and geographic spread along with the number of modules that are to be activated.

After an initial period It can be a monthly fee, cancellable on one month’s notice, or a longer term contract to give the Client organisation guarantee of supply.

No – ReSure does not have a “per user” licence cost. You can authorise as many people as you wish within your organisation to access the system. Your brokers, consultants and insurers can also be users. The details of each user are recorded in the security manager, and their activity on the system is monitored by an audit trail.

We offer comprehensive support for all aspects of the ReSure system’s operation and use, including logins, user accounts, reporting, data exports, form creation, risk class setup, and more. Our fast response time, particularly for addressing bugs and errors, reflects our commitment to delivering the best possible experience for our clients.

In addition to support, we are available to discuss product enhancements and customisation tailored to your business needs. Built on an agile platform, ReSure can be adapted to meet your requirements. Depending on the project scope, additional fees may apply.

Support is provided through our Helpdesk via email or phone. All requests are logged, prioritised, and managed until resolution, with same-day responses whenever possible.

No problem – ReSure has a consultancy and setup service available. Experienced consultants can design or improve your renewals processes, and can take any data that you have in electronic format – such as spreadsheets – and load it into the system. On-site training can also be provided.

Yes – ReSure includes a wide range of reports, from high level summaries to the most detailed information available, including access to attached surveys, valuations, loss control reports, and so on. Most reports can be produced as Excel spreadsheets so you can carry out additional formatting, graphing and presentation. If there is a special report format that you need, we can develop this for you.

No problem – ReSure has capabilities that allow you to import your data in spreadsheet format. Imported data is checked for accuracy and integrity by the same business rules that we use for manual data entry.

No – Electronic reporting to state and federal Workcover authorities is not supported. However, you can keep these claims in the ReSure database and provide access to management who are involved in rehabilitation and return to work plans.

Yes. We can develop custom APIs to integrate your data from ReSure with other technologies.

Yes – ReSure uses secure technologies including SSL to protect access to your data. The ReSure Administrator manages every other user’s access to the system through a logon and password. All ReSure spaces require 2FA/MFA authentication via email, SMS or authenticator app. ReSure is hosted in Australia by Amazon Web Services, the industry leading Web services company that has full physical and network security and backup facilities in place. If you have any concerns about your data, you can download a full copy of your database at any time in a variety of formats. The system can be set up to produce automated backups on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
