Unimutual Ltd and its Members have been utilising ReSure since 2010. It was initially used for our annual underwriting Data Collection process and has over the years expanded to include modules for Protections, Claims Management and Risk Management. Recently it has been expanded to include Quotation and Documentation modules. The system has enabled us to efficiently hold and manage all our Member data.
Over the years we have worked closely with ReSure, and they have been able to accommodate all our additional functionality needs and requests. The service provided by ReSure has always been of an exceptionally high standard. The system has enabled the Mutual to adapt and evolve with our growing membership.
In 2007, Cleanaway was looking for a database system that would manage our Property details; particularly leasing information. After considering numerous platforms, it was decided ReSure could service all our needs – including custom development to tailor the system for our business.
We have approx. 380 properties and 180 leases. Knowing that all our data is on one platform with 2FA, the database is much more secure.
ReSure has streamlined our workflow so all our information is on one page. This is a huge benefit to all users – a ‘one stop shop’ for want of a better analogy!
The Service Desk staff provide first class assistance and any queries we have are responded to immediately.
It’s now 2024, and we’ve had a relationship with ReSure for 17 years! This proves the staff and management must be doing something right.
