ReSure Online Privacy and Security Statement
1. Information Collection and Use
ReSure Online is the guardian of the information that you, the customer, collects on this site. We will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose this information to others. ReSure Online stores personal information about our Users, however we do not collect sensitive information. (Sensitive information is defined as racial or ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs, affiliations, sexual behaviour or criminal records).

ReSure Online does not use cookies.
3. Log Files
We use IP addresses and User logons to analyse trends, administer the site, and track Users’ movements. All customer data records are identified with the name(s) of the User(s) who created and last modified them.
4. Links
This web site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that ReSure Online is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our Users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this Web site.
5. Security
We take the security of the data held in ReSure very seriously, protecting it from both internal and external threats, to ensure that the information we collect from you is protected from misuse, loss or unauthorised access. Customer information entered online is protected with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This protects the customer’s information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that the customer’s data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users. ReSure Online provides each User in the customer organisation with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a User logs on. It is the customer’s responsibility to administer User logons and access permissions and to ensure that only authorised persons have access to the software. In addition there is the option of Two-Factor Authentication of user logons, which provides an extra layer of security.
ReSure Online uses ibCom’s entityOS platform to provide an environment with high levels of security against unauthorised access.
ibCom is certified to ISO 27001 standard. ISO/IEC 27001 is the international standard for information security. It sets out the specification for an effective ISMS (information security management system). ISO 27001’s best-practice approach helps organisations manage their information security by addressing people, processes and technology.
ReSure data is hosted in Australia by Amazon Web Services, the leading provider of cloud-based data storage and processing services.
6. Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a User’s personally identifiable information (such as telephone number) changes, the User can modify their own personal information online via the user information page.
7. Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Home page (ReSure Online News) so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
